    Thank you for an excellent stay. It is overall clean and spacious hotel, the staff are helpful and location to a museum is great and incredible. The breakfast is outstanding with a huge variety of things to eat and drink.

    Incredible and exceptionally comfortable place, I really enjoyed competent personnel.

    It was a perfect place to stay in Baden-Baden. The room with mountain views was large and had a lounge, a minibar, and a separate lounge. The restaurant was top-notch and food was extraordinary!

    Beautifully located with lovely amenities, the staff offered warm service and the food impressed. The dining experience felt off. Slow service and a menu that could use variety detracted from the overall enjoyment. Still, the atmosphere makes it a worthwhile stop.

    the service was very good with parking on-site. the location was excellent and unbeatable - really close to the "festspielhaus", the river and the township of baden-baden. cafe eiscafe capri located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

    the hotel was excellent in every way, I was pampered the entire stay, fantastic spa and workout room, massage and facial, great pampering for my 2 dogs as well with their own dog beds, bowls, and treats, my car even had a bag with water and snacks for my drive home

    I stayed in this grand hotel and was like a king! The spa treatments were relaxing, and my favorite part was the amazing breakfast buffet with fresh made-to-order options, great.

    It wasn't exactly pocket change but still quite acceptable, given the experience.
